Fill - Add one 12g sachet to 250ml of hot tap water to the dotted line on the bottle.
Shake - Shake or swirl for 30 seconds. Most will dissolve in a minute or two.
Foam - Wash your hands. It’s that simple.

Recycle all our paper and cardboard packaging in the normal paper recycle bin. It’s got a 70% chance of being recycled within the EU and North America. Where as plastic has a 10% chance.
