What you’ll do:

• Manage FORGO e-commerce store to meet sales and profit targets, driving online revenues (includes Facebook Business, Google Shopping)
• Develop and implement a rigorous data-driven roadmap of enhancements to drive improved customer experience and site productivity across all key digital platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Understand and continuously monitor key website metrics (e.g. major traffic sources, purchase conversion funnel, bounce rates, SEO etc.) to develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour and to drive continuous improvement and revenue growth.
• Manage e-commerce analytic KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion, consumer acquisition costs), to drive e-commerce performance.
• Ensure the eCommerce experience is on-brand and aligned with FORGO marketing and leverage brand campaigns and content to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Continuously monitor cutting edge eCommerce marketing techniques.

 Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience in building and maintaining an ecommerce site on Shopify technology by executing high ROI and leading marketing, promotions, merchandising, and segmenting techniques.
• Exceptional understanding of consumer online behavior (marketing funnel) and market analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and evolving high-growth business.
• A self-starter with creativity, good communication skills and a knack for customer service
• Knowledge in HTML, CSS are considered an asset

Our customers are global and diverse, so we’re building a team that is too. Want to help us transform the personal care industry? We are looking for a restless chemist to help us develop an innovative range of products. The candidate should be self-motivated, inspirational, and maintain high personal standards.

What you’ll do:

• Formulate and facilitate development of innovative cosmetics products, product. Provide updates on R&D progress and insights.
• Create and maintain all of the necessary documentation in order to develop and commercialize the products (i.e. lab notebooks, specifications, technical test methods/data, etc.).
• Conduct testing for all products developed (efficacy, stability, etc.)
• Must be hands-on in the laboratory and have experience with the operation of basic lab equipment. Must be able to follow Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
• Develop and maintain SOPs
• Work with production to help transition the formulations to full scale manufacturing, including support during plant trials or start of production.
• Support current brand business, including maintaining current products in the market.
• Identify solutions for manufacturing issues, qualify alternate sources of raw materials for purchasing, and identify ways to reduce product costs
• Proactively research new concepts, materials and technical opportunities

 Who we are looking for:

• Ability to develop products from inception to market realization, not just modifications to an existing formula. Strong knowledge base within chemistry and principles of formulating cosmetic products.
• Working knowledge in physical testing and analytical methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to convey a project’s thoughts, goals and objectives through presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and evolving high-growth business.
• A self-starter who is proactive, dependable, and kind. A strong communicator who is comfortable discussing and receiving feedback on their work.

As a visual designer, you will be working directly with the creative team to implement visual designs across marketing material, web, and social media. The candidate should be self-motivated, open to feedback, express a willingness to iterate on work and attempt to exceed expectations in their work.

What you’ll do:

• Create graphics
• Art direct and style photo/video shoots
• Create social media content and web content
• Work directly with marketing and creative to deliver inspiring content

 Who We Are Looking For:

• Design Student, currently studying or recently graduated
• Excellent in photoshop, illustrator, indesign, after effects, premiere
• Willingness to iterate, take their work from okay to good to great
